Quick solutions to the most frequently encountered problems.

Account & Login

Can't log in?

  • Double-check your email and password (watch for Caps Lock)
  • Click "Forgot Password" to reset if needed
  • Clear browser cookies and try an incognito window
  • Check your spam folder for password reset emails

Email verification not received?

  • Check spam/junk folders
  • Request a new verification email from account settings

Whop payout connection issue?

  • Verify your Whop account is active and verified
  • Use the same email for both accounts (if applicable)
  • Reconnect through account settings

Payments & Payouts

Payment delayed or missing?

  • Check your transaction history in your wallet page
  • Verify the task/submission was approved
  • Standard processing: 1-3 days for microtasks
  • If over 5 business days without payment/feedback on submitted job, create a report

Can't request payout?

  • Minimum balance required: $10
  • Whop account must be verified and connected
  • Account must be in good standing (no violations)

Platform fee: 10% on all approved submissions. Payment amount will reflect this deduction.

Tasks & Submissions

No tasks available?

  • Tasks are posted throughout the day—check back regularly
  • Complete your profile to qualify for more tasks
  • Check task requirements before attempting

Can't submit work?

  • Verify all required fields are filled
  • Check image file format (JPG, PNG accepted) and size (under 10MB)
  • Refresh page and try again

Submission rejected?

  • Read the feedback carefully
  • Compare your work against job requirements
  • You cannot resubmit for the same task—apply feedback to future submissions
  • Need to appeal? Use the Appeal Rejection button

If you believe your rejection was unfair, submit an appeal. Our team reviews appeals within 24-48 hours.

Technical Issues

Page not loading?

  • Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
  • Try a different browser
  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Check your internet connection

File won't upload?

  • Verify file size is under 10MB
  • Use supported formats: JPG, PNG
  • Try again later

Account Restrictions

Account suspended or limited?

Possible reasons:

  • Multiple rejected submissions
  • Violation of platform rules
  • Incomplete profile

How to resolve:

  • Review the reason in your account notices
  • Correct any issues (profile, behavior)
  • Contact support to appeal if you believe it's incorrect

Repeated violations or circumventing restrictions may result in permanent account termination.
