To maintain a safe, fair and high-quality platform, all users must follow these rules. Violations result in user warnings. Users with 3+ warnings for serious offenses may be permanently banned.

General Platform Rules

Account Requirements

• One account per person - Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban
• No VPN usage - Accessing the platform via VPN is not allowed
• Accurate information - All profile details must be truthful
• Real identity - Use your legal name for payment processing
• Active email - Maintain access to your registered email
• Age requirement - Must be 18+ or age of majority in your country

Quality Standards

• Follow instructions exactly - Complete tasks as specified
• Provide genuine proof - Screenshots and links must be authentic
• Original work only - No plagiarism or copied content
• Timely submission - Complete tasks within specified timeframes
• Professional communication - Maintain respectful interactions

Prohibited Work Practices

• Using bots, scripts or automation tools
• Sharing tasks with others or outsourcing work
• Submitting fake screenshots or manipulated images
• Creating fake accounts on target platforms
• Violating target platform's terms of service
• Using fake followers or manipulated engagement
• Plagiarism or copied content

Content Creation Guidelines

• Original content only - Must be your own creation
• Platform compliance - Follow all social media platform rules
• Brand guidelines - Follow provided brand assets and messaging
• Disclosure requirements - Include required hashtags and disclaimers

For Taskers: Job Posting Rules

Prohibited Task Types

• Realistic budgets - Fair compensation for work required
• Proper proof requirements - Specify exactly what evidence is needed
• Reasonable deadlines - Allow adequate time for completion
• Legal compliance - Ensure all tasks comply with applicable laws

Enforcement System

Warning System

Violations result in user warnings tracked on your account:

• 1 warning - Account flagged, user notified
• 2 warnings - Continued monitoring
• 3+ warnings - Account suspension or permanent ban

For Workers

Warnings issued for:

• Submitting low-quality or false proof
• Using prohibited tools or outsourcing
• Violating task instructions

For Taskers

Warnings issued for:

• Unfair rejections
• Unclear or misleading task requirements
• Posting prohibited task types

Reporting Violations

If you witness violations:

1. Report through the platform reporting system
2. Provide clear description and evidence
3. Our team investigates and takes action
4. No appeals - Warnings are final after admin review

Reports are reviewed within 48 hours and action taken as appropriate.

Payment & Financial Rules

For Workers

• Minimum payout: $10.00
• Platform fee: 10% on all approved submissions for microtasks
• Payout timeline: Process within 24-48 hours of request

For Taskers

• Minimum deposit: $1.00
• Deposit markup: 17-60% based on amount (covers platform costs)
• Refund policy: No refunds on deposits, unused funds remain in account
