What You Can Report
Reports allow you to flag issues or concerns directly on the platform:
- Job Issues: Report inappropriate, misleading, or scam job postings
- Submission Disputes: Report unfair submission rejections (appeals)
- User Behavior: Flag harassment, spam, or inappropriate content from other users
- Payment Problems: Report missing or incorrect payouts
- Deposit Issues: Report problems with your deposit
- NSFW Content: Report inappropriate content on jobs or submissions
How to Submit a Report
Using the Report Button
Most issues can be reported directly where you encounter them:
- Find the Report or Appeal button on the job, submission, or user profile
- Select the report type that best describes the issue
- Enter a clear subject line (under 200 characters)
- Provide detailed information in the message section (up to 5000 characters)
- Click Submit Report
What to Include
To help our team resolve your report faster:
- Be specific: Describe exactly what the problem is
- Provide context: Include relevant task numbers or usernames
- Include evidence: Mention specific messages, requirements, or actions that support your claim
- Stay professional: Use respectful language in your message
For submission rejections, clearly reference the job requirements you met and explain why you believe the rejection was incorrect.
Report Status & Response
Tracking Your Reports
- Go to your Reports page from your dashboard
- View all reports you've submitted with their current status
- Check for admin responses in each report
Status Timeline
- PENDING: Your report is in the queue waiting for review
- IN_PROGRESS: Our team is actively investigating your report
- RESOLVED: The report has been reviewed and addressed
- DISMISSED: The report was reviewed but no action was taken
Our team reviews and responds to reports within 24–48 hours. Reports are retained for 30 days after resolution.
What Happens Next
Admin Review Process
When you submit a report:
- Verification: Our team reviews the details and verifies the claim
- Investigation: We check relevant account activity and transaction history
- Decision: We determine if the report is valid and what action is needed
- Resolution: We implement a fix or provide a detailed explanation
Possible Outcomes
- Upheld: The issue is confirmed and corrective action is taken
- Partial: Some aspects are addressed but not all
- Dismissed: The report doesn't meet criteria for action
- Adjustment: Monetary adjustments may be applied to your account for certain disputes

False or Fraudulent Reports
Reports are meant to maintain platform integrity. Submitting false reports or attempting to manipulate the system may result in:
- Account warnings
- Reduction in future earnings
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination in severe cases
Take report submissions seriously. Our team investigates all claims and verifies evidence before taking action.
Appeal Rejections
If your submission was rejected and you believe it was unfair:
- Click Appeal Rejection on the submission
- Explain why your submission met the job requirements
- Reference specific parts of the job description
- Our team will re-review your submission
Appeals follow the same 24–48 hour response timeline as other reports.

How long does review take?
Most reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours. During peak periods or holidays, response times may be longer.
Will the reported user know who reported them?
No. Reports are handled confidentially. Your identity is protected.
Can I delete a report?
No, submitted reports cannot be deleted. However, we will just dismiss it if you made it by accident.
What if I'm not satisfied with the decision?
If you believe the decision was incorrect, you can submit a new report with additional evidence, but avoid submitting duplicate claims.
